Life is Beautiful Festival
It’s in a desire to make Las Vegas a cultural center, that the Life Is Beautiful Festival was born in 2013. It was in 2017 that Franck Noto was given the opportunity to be part of this great movement by painting a fresco encompassing two separate walls divided by an alley way. The bricks of the wall provide texture to this piece filled with shapes that depict the line created by a spray paint can.
