Street Art on the Roc Festival

The village of Villars-Fontaine buys the Comblanchien stone quarry abandoned since 2003. Rather than backfilling it, the town decided to give it a second life by creating the Street-Art On The Roc festival with the Vill’Art association. For its first edition in 2016 Franck Noto was invited to create a mural on a wall which stone, visible in places, give the impression that color has always been present in its many layers.
