Toy Story Festival

As part of a project carried by the Bellevue neighborhood house in Brest, Franck Noto produced this mural he called « Toy Story », a nod to the jargon of the graffiti world where the word « toy » is used to talk about a graffiti being covered. The artist is at the origin of the first mural of this approach which aims to restore the image of the district by making it an open-air urban art gallery. A work that he wanted to be joyful and full of vitality thus echoing the university located not far from there.
